Refunds and cancellation

RACE AI is operated by its founder, Rishwi Thimmaraju, from Hyderabad, India. Our company is being incorporated; these pages will name it once it is registered, and these terms will move to it. You can cancel any time from Settings, then Plans & Billing. This page explains what happens when you cancel and when we refund.
1. Cancelling a free trial
Cancel before your 30-day trial ends and you will not be charged. You keep access until the trial end date. Your payment method may show a small temporary authorisation when the trial starts; it is released or refunded automatically.
2. Cancelling a paid plan
Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, then moves to the Free plan. You will not be charged again. Your projects and files are kept; Free plan limits apply from then on.
3. Refunds
- First charge: if you are charged for a new subscription and decide RACE AI is not for you, email us within 7 days of that charge for a full refund.
- Billing errors: duplicate charges, charges after a cancellation you made in time, and other billing mistakes are refunded in full.
- Service problems: if RACE AI was unavailable for a long period, we will refund or credit the affected time.
- Other renewals are not refunded for partly used months, but you can cancel to stop the next one.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.
4. How to ask
Email support@raceai.tech from your account email with the date and amount of the charge. We reply within 2 business days.
